This Website operates solely as a free referral service designed to connect consumers with participating licensed and regulated third-party lenders and marketing partners who may offer online title loans with no physical vehicle inspection required. We do not endorse any lender, nor are we responsible for any lender's actions or inactions. The Website does not collect, store, or have access to information regarding the fees and charges associated with contacting lenders or any loan products.

^When we refer to 'no inspection' or 'no physical inspection,' we mean no in-person store visit or walk-around vehicle inspection at a lender location. You will still need to submit photos and/or videos of your vehicle, including exterior (all four sides), interior (front and back), odometer, and VIN. Some states may still require a physical visit by law for title verification. Additionally, some lenders may require an in-person inspection if they cannot fully assess vehicle quality from photos/videos, or if the vehicle has high mileage or condition concerns that require professional evaluation.

Submitting information through this Website does not guarantee you will receive a loan offer, be approved for any loan product, or be connected with a completely online title loans lender. The number of inquiries we receive exceeds the number of consumers who ultimately qualify for financing. Loan approval is subject to meeting each lender's specific credit and underwriting criteria. Actual loan amounts, terms, and Annual Percentage Rates (APR) vary by consumer, lender, and state. Minimum and maximum loan amounts vary by state regulation and lender policy.

Consumers need to demonstrate ability to repay the loan through proof of income such as pay stubs, bank statements, or benefits documentation. Upon completion of the loan request form, a conditional approval may be given pending review of additional documentation.

All participating licensed and regulated lenders independently determine their own interest rates, fees, and payment terms. Swift Title Loans has no control over these rates or payments. Use of terms like 'competitive' or 'reasonable' does not mean affordable; borrowers should use their own discretion when working directly with any lender. Loans such as auto title loans typically do not have prepayment penalties, but we cannot guarantee all lenders follow this practice. Loan proceeds are intended primarily for personal, family, and household purposes. For all questions about your loan, please contact your lender directly.

Some lenders may require installation of a GPS tracking device on your vehicle as a condition of the loan. Fees may apply and vary by lender. While we strive to connect you with lenders who do not require GPS devices, we cannot guarantee this. Always confirm GPS requirements directly with your lender before signing any agreement.

This service and participating licensed and regulated lenders are not available in all states. States serviced may change from time to time without notice. In some cases, you may be connected with a tribal lender. Tribal lenders are subject to tribal and certain federal laws only, while other lenders are also subject to state law including usury caps.
