Receiving Texts from Swift Title Loans
Swift Title Loans sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to customers as part of the loan servicing process. You may receive messages about your application progress, account updates, payment due dates, and other service-related matters. Message volume varies from person to person depending on account activity — we do not send a fixed number of messages.
Your Consent to Participate
When you enter your mobile phone number into our application and agree to receive texts, you are opting into this program. You may also opt in by sending an email to legal@cartitleloansla.com. Participation means you are telling us that the phone number is yours or that you are authorized to use it, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Stopping Text Messages
If you decide you no longer want to receive our texts, email legal@cartitleloansla.com to request removal. We will confirm via email once your request has been carried out. No additional messages will be sent after that point.
Messaging Costs
Swift Title Loans will never charge you for the text messages we send. Your wireless carrier, on the other hand, may charge message and data rates according to your plan. Any fees from your carrier are your responsibility alone. Contact your provider if you need clarification on what your plan covers.
Who Can See Your Messages
Be mindful that text messages stored on your phone are visible to anyone who can access the device. You are responsible for taking steps to protect your phone and the information it displays. Changes We May Make
We may update these terms or discontinue the text messaging program altogether, at any time and without notice. Any updates will be posted to our website. By remaining enrolled after such changes, you are agreeing to the revised terms.
